2018-19 Session 2: OwnIt. EarnIt. GiveIt Registration

Session 2
Wednesday, April 24, 7:30 - 9:15 a.m.

Mollie Bell, 4everMoxi™ and Chief Development Officer at Ent Credit Union
OwnIt. EarnIt. GiveIt.™

What is it anyway? It is leadership and we all lead. Through stories of disappointment and triumph, this inspirational, candid, and reflective discussion and workshop will introduce you to the theory of deeply understanding your leadership story; owning your authentic self; and, applying your knowledge to create a path for your future success and those around you.

Mollie Bell joined Ent Credit Union, Colorado’s largest credit union, in December 2018 as Chief Development Officer leading people and community development. Mollie has a passion for the credit union movement and has worked on behalf of credit unions since 2007 when she went to work for CUNA Mutual Group, where she served as the Vice President of Program Management Office and led transformational change initiatives. Mollie then spent over two years as Chief Engagement Officer at Filene Research Institute, a financial cooperative think tank, and, subsequently, three years at Credit Union National Association as Chief Engagement and Transformation Officer. Her roles in engagement provided Mollie an opportunity to travel across the United States working directly with credit unions and serving as a presenter and thought leader for diversity, transformation, leadership, adaptability, and growth strategies.

Prior to her experience in the credit union industry, Mollie held roles as an attorney, a consultant, secondary school teacher, and business owner. Mollie earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Lamar University in 1992 where she graduated with honors.
